RV Rental Agreement

Rates - $30 dollars a day for pop-up campers

        $50 dollars a day for 5^th wheel trailer

Qualifications – All renters must be 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of an auto insurance policy.

Familiarization Tour – (approximately 30mins to 1hr) Required to acquaint the customer with the operation of the trailer before departure and initial defects or damages_______________(initial)

Reservation/Rental Payment - $50 pop-up and $100 5^th wheel trailer NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit is required to book a trailer/camper. This deposit applies towards the rental fee.

Security Deposit – All trailer rentals require security deposit of $100 cash.

Tow Vehicles/Trailer Insurance – Renter must provide proof of auto insurance coverage for the tow vehicle. In addition; the rental trailer must be insured for comprehensive and collision. Your auto insurance company may coverage. They need to fax an insurance binder to us with the trailer ID number on it and name R&R RV Repair as payee.

Late Charges – Trailers must be returned on-time. A fee for $15.00 per hour will be charged for each hour the rental is Overdue after check-in time. Call us for availability if you want to add rental days at daily rate.

Early returns – All rentals are for a contracted time period. NO REFUNDS for EARLY RETURNS.

Tires – We furnish a spare tire. You are responsible for repairing or replacing all flat and blowouts. However, we can repair or replace tires for a flat fee of $60.00 per tire for trailers.

Cleaning Deposit - $75.00 Deposit, will be refunded upon return of a clean unit.

Smoking Policy – all rental trailers are non-smoking which means no smoking inside the trailer/camper.

Preparation Fee – No Charge

Pets – Pets are welcome with a $20 per pet fee. Customer agrees to clean up after their pet and return unit in same condition as received or be subject to a cleaning fee up to $100. Please cover the beds to protect from pet hair.

Pickup Times- Pickup times are between 1:00pm and 4:00pm Monday-Friday (Early pickup day before rental after 4:00pm $15 charge)

Return times – Returns are between 9:00am and 11:00am Monday-Friday (unless appointment is made)

Cancellation Fees - $50 fee for cancellation (If less than 2 weeks before)

Returns – Units must be returned clean and the holding tanks empty and fuel tanks full.  Approximately 30mins is acquired to inspect trailer upon return.

Damages – you are responsible for all damage and cleaning.

I have read through this rental agreement and will comply with all said policies.
